  I really enjoy this studio and have had positive experiences with other instructors, which is why I was so disappointed with my experience today with Angelica R. She was extremely rude to me and spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and embarrassing. Instead of helping me improve my form with constructive guidance, I felt singled out and criticized. I come to Pilates to learn and improve in a supportive environment, and unfortunately that was not my experience in this class. I will continue attending the studio because I enjoy it overall, but I hope management addresses how clients are spoken to so that everyone feels welcomed and supported.
