  Not Worth the Sweat My experience with HOTWORX was incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend signing up for a membership. When I decided to cancel, I called the location and was told I had to drive there in person just to submit a cancellation request. That requirement was never mentioned when I was signing up or when I was told I could cancel my membership. To make matters worse, I was informed I would be charged a $99 early cancellation fee because I was cancelling before my seventh month. I was also told they “don’t typically charge it,” but when I explained that I couldn’t come in immediately, the manager responded, “Well, that’s your problem,” and said they would charge my card the $99 fee and refuse to process the cancellation until I came into the studio. The entire process felt intentionally difficult and designed to keep charging members for a service they no longer want. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to work with me. If you’re considering joining HOTWORX, be aware that cancelling may be far more difficult than signing up. Based on my experience, I would save your money and look for a gym that treats its members with respect and has a transparent, customer-friendly cancellation process.

  Stopped by HOTWORX recently and had a great experience. The facility was clean, welcoming, and everything was easy to navigate. Taylor was especially helpful she took the time to answer questions, explain how everything worked, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people reach their fitness goals. Highly recommend checking this location out!
