Amazing class, Steven is an awesome instructor and he was so thorough in the class and watchful of a big group. Really loved the energy and loved the mat workout. The use of the equipment was a refreshing change from most places that don’t set anything up for you, but the bars, weighted balls, flex circles, and blocks were amazing. Very intentional session that flew by and be ready to lock in!

Steven is INCREDIBLE! I took his define class and it was beyond worth it. He takes advantage of all of the allotted class time and makes sure that you are putting in the work! I love his uplifting energy through out the class and can’t wait to have more experiences with the SWT Method
