  Update part 2: I found a “cancel membership” button on the app but also seen “Next Draft Date: 03-01-2025” and an outstanding balance of $316. It is currently 18 June 2025. In order to cancel my membership, you’re telling me I have to pay $316? No thanks. Contacting corporate for any help has been dead end because technically, there really isn’t anyone you can contact. They advise you to contact the franchise .. That’s my point though .. I can’t contact the franchise! ——————————————————————— Update: I managed to log into the Hotworx app but I cannot do anything since my membership hasn’t been truly activated. I am also not able to sign up or do anything at any other location because all of my information is set to Westchase. (I tried the Sugarland location and CS is impeccable! Shoutout General Manager Matthew!) The Hotworx Westchase membership contract on the app itself is UNSIGNED by me so honestly, I have no membership?? Contract says only way to cancel membership is to mail out certified mail with written notice of desire to cancel said membership with proof of payment on the contract? Tyree Walker and Ladonna Jimerson are the managers and contacts under Fresh Fruit Wellness LLC and are the owners of this Hotworx location. They lack proper communication and management skills. I do not wish to support this location and I will be removing myself from them and the location as soon as possible. — I also heard one of the reasons why they may continue to delay opening is new Hotworx locations need a certain amount of memberships to open and they lack numbers. Not 100% sure if this may be a reason but it’s what I’ve heard. Regardless, it’s getting ridiculous. ———————————————————————— Customer service received has been frustrating. Been trying to contact Donna, or honestly anyone at this point, and have yet to receive any responses back. Have been giving me the run around for months and months because they have yet to open but have been advertising like they have been. Their Instagram gets deactivated and then reactivated damn near every other week. This business seems very shady and I’m extremely annoyed but I somehow signed up for a membership already but they refuse to help cancel or give me any more information? But aren’t open? Yeah, ridiculous.
