HOTWORX - Houston - City Park

This location has to be the worst location of them all. It used to be 1 machine in the hot thunder that has been out of order for looks like about a month with no out of order sign or anything to keep the guests updated and now there’s another machine in the same hot thunder room that does not work. So only 1 machine out of the 3 is working. There’s never even cloths either to wipe the machines down after use. Seems like there is a lack or care for this Hotworx, and if it wasn’t the convenience of it being so close to my apartment I would choose another Hotworx that actually cares about their equipment and cleanliness of the gym. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

This location is lacking quite a bit. They had no sanitizing towels. They said all they had was all purpose cleaner spray and a shared microfiber cloth. Issue with the door. Someone had to let me in. There was broken equipment. I was honestly surprised. I haven’t felt this way at a Hotworx before.

I am a Hotworx Elite member. I travel alot and was excited to see Houston City Park was close to my mom’s house. I went on Memorial Day and my code and my mobile pass did not work. The system kept saying unlock successful and going green but would not work. I was able to go in because someone was walking out. I was disappointed because for some reason the only tv’s that was working was cycle and one class. I went back the next day still no staff and code did not work. I called my home base and confirmed I was using the right code still did not work. I tried again during posted staff hours and still no staff. I love Hotworx and have never experienced this level of nonsense. Thankfully I drove 5min down the street to Manvel and my code worked, staff was there, and all tvs were working. I tried to give City Park a chance not once but three times. If I could give 0 stars I would have. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.
