Flo Pilates - North York

I visited Flo North York for the first time wanting to try out a new studio and I was pleasantly surprised! The studio is beautiful and clean, and the vibes are great. My class was with Stephanie and she was very warm and welcoming towards me! She made thoughtful corrections and seemed very knowledgeable as an instructor. I will certainly be returning!

Flo Pilates North York is sooo nice! I went for a morning fundamentals of reformer class with instructor Cathleen and she is awesome! Such a good vibe in there!
