  The yard is beautiful and home-y. Sam is one of the best teachers in Toronto and I am so grateful for her presence. Beautiful sequencing and evocative language and really is so connected to the practice. The best!

  My first time here and unfortunately I did not have a good experience I had booked a class (all levels) I have only done yoga a few times before. I had left my place early to find parking on the street unfortunately I couldn’t find anything so I was late for the class about 15 min I knocked on the door twice and after the second time the instructor answered she rudely answered I apologized for being late ect she rudely brought me into the class. While class was going on I just didn’t get a good vibe from the instructor and everyone else there the instructor was using a lot of terms I’ve never heard before so I was also very lost in what was going on. Just not a good experience and left embarrassed and upset.
