BeHot Yoga Toronto

BeHot Yoga Toronto is a hot yoga studio in Old Toronto that runs original hot classes alongside Yin and hot mat Pilates. Regulars describe sunlit rooms with windows where you can watch the sun rise or set, a cozy décor, and a room kept clean and at a comfortable temperature. Staff are called friendly, organised and knowledgeable, and members credit weekly classes with better flexibility and balance. Not every visit goes smoothly. One member says an instructor singled them out in front of the class for using modified postures, and another found other clients rude in the tight doorways and objected to paying for mat and towel rental. A visitor who left a valuable watch behind also never got it back.

  Great class. I was in town for TIFF and wanted to keep up with my practice. Great teachers. The studio is clean, staff so friendly. The only disappointing thing about my introduction to BeHot Yoga, l left my watch in one of the closets. It was wedding present from my late father. I was hoping it would be returned, but sadly no luck.
