  I’ll truly enjoyed both classes I did! I did Pilates Sculpt with Nati A on Friday and it was KILLER (see band below) and exactly what I needed to reset after a stressful Friday. Sat morning I did Mat Pilates with Kat and I enjoyed that it was more classical with some weights, I felt very challenged! As I’m writing this my body is still sore - and I do plan to go back. The vibes were great, the studio was lovely, and you get a great flow with good cues/explanations!

  Took a sculpt class with Mari and absolutely loved it!! She definitely made it spicy in the best way. She pushes you, encourages you, and somehow gets you to keep going even when you’re ready to give up haha I left feeling sooo good and accomplished. And her playlist was sooo good too!! Such a fun class with the best energy. Highly recommend :)

  I had the best time! The workout was real asf, and the instructions were super helpful and easy to follow. The amenities were great, the staff was friendly, and the whole place had a clean, fresh look. Definitely a solid spot—would recommend! 🙌🏽🔥
