Needed somewhere low-impact (joints were giving me grief tbh) and love how thorough the coaching was during the session without being overbearing at all.

I have been going to JETSET Pilates for a few years now, and unfortunately I think I’ve finally reached the point where I won’t be coming back. I’ve stayed for long mainly because the location is really convenient for me and I genuinely like the reformers. But over the years, instructors have changed constantly, and the quality of the classes has become very inconsistent. There are definitely a few good instructors, including one who genuinely cares about the people who come to the studio, but overall it hasn’t been the experience I would expect after being a member for this long. The front desk has also been a constant source of frustration. I’ve had multiple situations where the staff didn’t seem to know the studio’s own offers or policies, and depending on who you ask, you can get a completely different answer. Another thing is the lack of recognition for loyal members. I’ve taken over 100 classes, but I never received any acknowledgment for milestones until my 100th class, and that was because of the one instructor who actually made an effort. Now I see people being celebrated for 25, 50, etc. classes, which is great, but it’s strange that those of us who have been coming for years were never given the same recognition. And it’s not just me. Someone I know who has been going to this studio with me for years didn’t receive a milestone sign or any of the free merch until her 300th class. Mind you, she received absolutely nothing for any of her previous milestones. Three hundred classes is a huge amount of time, money, and loyalty to give to one studio, so the fact that it took that long to receive any recognition is honestly insane. My last experience was really the breaking point. I used the “Bring a Friend” option on the app, which I’ve done multiple times before. When I got there, I was told my friend had to pay for a single class and that I couldn’t use one of the credits from the package I had already purchased. When I explained that I had done this before with no issue, I was told they can allow it “only sometimes.” How does that make sense? Either it’s allowed or it isn’t. Policies shouldn’t change depending on the day or who happens to be at the front desk. After being a client for years, I just don’t feel like there’s any real appreciation for loyalty. I’m disappointed because I actually enjoyed coming here, but between the inconsistency, lack of communication, and staff not being able to clearly explain their own policies, I’ve decided this was my last class at this studio. You lost a loyal client
