  I wish I had read Janel Mitchell's review because she was spot on. I've been practising reformer pilates since 2012 and really wanted to like BodyRok, but unfortunately it wasn’t for me. The instructor was welcoming and attentive, taking time to explain the equipment and correct my form throughout class. My issue was with the format itself. The music and explicit rap lyrics were so loud they often drowned out instructions, and some of the spring selections and sequences felt unnecessarily heavy, making proper form difficult and potentially risky for beginners. I enjoy a challenging workout, but for me, Pilates should prioritize control, alignment and form over simply going heavier and faster in a clubbing environment.

  Amanda S. was absolutely amazing!! Such a great class from start to finish. She was so welcoming, encouraging, and attentive, and did an incredible job explaining everything and making sure everyone felt comfortable while still getting an amazing workout. Her energy made the class so fun, and she was super helpful throughout. I left feeling so good and will 100% be back. Highly recommend taking her class — 10/10!! 💕
