A group of friends and I dropped in for a class while on vacation. Gabrielle was a fantastic, enthusiastic, fun and friendly instructor. She taught a great class and had an awesome playlist. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The studio was very clean and had a great aesthetic!!!

I had such a great experience at Daily Flows! I took class with the owner, Isa, and she was absolutely wonderful. She brought such great energy to the class and was incredibly attentive, offering modifications and personal instruction throughout. As a first-timer, I felt completely welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell Isa genuinely cares about everyone who comes into her studio. Such a warm, welcoming space in Coral Gables, and I would absolutely come back!

Hands down the best yoga sculpt class I’ve ever taken, and Flor is the reason. Her energy is motivating without being over the top, and she pushes you just enough to hit that sweet spot between “I can’t” and “I did it.” The sequencing was on point: strength intervals that actually burned, balanced with flow sections that kept the intensity up without ever feeling impossible. Great music, great pacing, and hands-on corrections that made me feel like I was building strength the right way. I left drenched, shaking, and genuinely proud of myself. If Flor’s teaching, go.
