Ascend is on my list of must dos every time I’m in town! Their group classes always provide feelings of strength, challenge and joy in a peaceful and serene setting with friendly teachers and other students. The staff are incredibly well trained with an excellent leader who really knows the work. A beautiful spot to start your pilates journey!
