  I love elevate! Been going for about a year and can only say good things. No crazy waitlists for classes, great studio and amazing instructors (shoutout Nina, Anna, and Jen) Never gets easier but you definitely feel more confident as time goes on. I always feel comfortable, encouraged, and motivated during classes!

  Elevate Carmel Valley is my favorite place to practice Lagree since its opening in July 2025. Parking here is easy. You have the options of parking near Trader Joe’s parking lot or parking in the parking garage that connect to the studio. Classes here are challenging but they can be modified for beginners. Many experienced and enthusiastic instructors who will guide and help you if you have any questions. Highly recommend this studio for your Lagree class.

  This is a great studio with some amazing instructors who are patient and offer workouts of all levels. The studio is always clean and the instructors have created a welcoming environment. Workouts are tough but very effective and I’ve seen great results. I’ve brought friends here and they have had a similar experience.
