  I've taken Pilates at several studios over the years, and this one is truly something special. What sets it apart is its commitment to classical Pilates. Every class feels purposeful, challenging, and true to the original method, which is increasingly hard to find. The instructors are exceptional. Paulette, Kate, Rachel, and Abby are all incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and well-trained. Each brings their own unique teaching style while maintaining the same high standard of instruction. I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and better connected to my body. I also love that classes are limited to just four students. The small class size allows for personalized attention and corrections that simply aren't possible in larger group settings. It's almost like having a private session at a fraction of the cost. The studio itself is spotless, bright, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The class schedule offers great flexibility, making it easy to fit Pilates into a busy week, and the location couldn't be more convenient. If you're looking for authentic classical Pilates taught by highly skilled instructors in a clean, intimate environment, I cannot recommend this studio enough. It has become one of my favorite parts of the week, and I'm so grateful to have found it.
