I started taking Pilates classes with Stephanie Marckel in July, and it has been one of the best investments I've made in myself. As a mom and someone recovering from major abdominal surgery in January 2025, finding time for my own health and wellness has been incredibly important. I attend about 12 classes a month, often going 3 times a week, and the results have exceeded my expectations. Since starting, I've lost weight, gained muscle, increased my strength, and look/feel the best I ever have. Beyond the physical benefits, the beautiful studio has become a peaceful and relaxing space where I can focus on myself and recharge. Stephanie Marckel is an exceptional owner and instructor. She is incredibly encouraging, pays attention to each client's strengths and weaknesses, and knows exactly how to help you become the best version of yourself. Her support and personalized guidance have made a huge difference in my progress. Steph Miller is also fantastic. She definitely pushes you out of your comfort zone in the best possible way. Her classes are challenging, motivating, and leave you feeling accomplished every time. She knows how to "kick your butt" while still making you feel capable and empowered. This studio has truly changed my life for the better. Whether you're looking to build strength, lose weight, recover your fitness, or simply carve out some time for yourself, I can't recommend it enough! Plus she has the sweetest studio pup named Puck! 🐶 (if you’re lucky, he might lunge with you or give your water bottle a little sniff)
Coming to Stephanie‘s studio is like getting a warm hug (before and after she works the heck out of you)🤣! Stephanie is an absolutely awesome instructor (a gem of a human) and as the studio owner, she takes pride in her studio as she should. It’s well-located, clean, her classes are organized, and her equipment is amazing, as is the ambiance. The amazing Puck is an added bonus! There’s a calmness that you feel when you’re in the studio and doing reformer pilates is truly life-changing. I’ve been to other reformer classes before, but Stephanie’s style is gentle but she’s far from a softy😀. She’ll encourage you in all the right ways and after attending classes for several weeks now my body is thanking me (and her as well). Her other instructor (who is also Stephanie) is also very competent and I enjoy taking classes with both of them. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Intentional Flow Pilates. Do your body a favor and start with one class. Once you do that, you will immediately be hooked and it’s the best kind of magical joy that you didn’t even know you needed😍.
Great instructors, nice space and friendly people!
