This is my favorite Pilates studio in Chicago! The space is great, love that they have parking, the instructors are phenomenal, the workouts make me feel so good, and the customer service is absolutely superb. I feel so grateful that I found this studio!!!

Kathryn is incredible!!!!! So challenging. She also offers great assistance and notes. I genuinely feel like I am growing and getting stronger in her class. The location also has a huge parking lot which is a massive plus for me. The studio is large and clean and they offer free towels!

I absolutely am loving classes here with Josh he is amazing! He does a great job demonstrating the exercises, motivating everyone, and correcting form when needed.
