I’ve taken 3 classes with Keisha so far, and I’ve really enjoyed every one. I’m new to Pilates, and she’s always checking my form, making sure I’m doing everything correctly, and explaining things when I need help. She’s also really encouraging and knows how to push you in a positive way. I highly recommend taking her class!
Amazing experience! I attended the Teacher Training Certification Program Session at tabPilates this past Saturday. The entire staff, the process, and the facility was impeccable! Even the other participants were amazing! Good energy attracts good energy! I was impressed by so many things, including the level of expertise, patience and humility displayed by Tabitha and her staff. The information session was very thorough and interactive. We even had a mat Pilates session! It was challenging but well directed! I'm so proud of myself for being able to keep up!! Yay! I personally appreciate how transparent and intuitive the session was, answering every single question and sharing real life experiences about the Teacher Certification journey. The warmth and welcoming environment is an absolute bonus from this elite studio. I am so grateful it's conveniently located on the south side of the city! I look forward to being a part of the tabPilates community! I've already booked a session! And... The studio is beautiful!!!
