  Wonderful, welcoming instructors (I’ve taken several classes with all of Daniel, Hannah and Jules), and a beautiful, clean studio. I had reservations about a yoga studio so closely associated with a gym, but the relationship is perfect- you get the good community energy of “the garage” if you want it, but also an excellent standalone yoga studio.

  I went to Elissa’s yoga class Saturday morning and it was such a good way to start the weekend! The studio has a really cozy vibe and the backlit mirrors are so cool. Elissa was a great instructor — you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I’m pretty new to yoga, so I appreciated that she helped me make sure I was doing the poses right and showed me easier modifications when I needed them. She was super helpful without making it feel intimidating at all. Definitely excited to go back!

  I’ve finally rehabbed a back injury enough to be comfortable coming back to strength training and The Garage is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Not only are the sessions challenging but the coaches are all extremely knowledgeable and, as a whole, the community is so welcoming. Everyone is ready to meet you exactly where you are and push you a little closer to being better every time. The yoga studio, The Apartment, deserves an equally glowing shout out - every time I step into that room, I feel like I’ve stepped into another world. The energy is absolutely unmatched. All of the instructors are amazing but shout out to Daniel who gives the best hands on corrections! Will not stop recommending these two spots to anyone who will listen.
