  Hotworx is amazing!! All isometric and HIIT sessions are great and they do switch up the virtual instructor videos so you won’t get bored! I love the Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Core and Warrior ones. You can control the temp in the sauna (I typically do 125-130F). People I’ve bumped into here are so friendly and those who work here are really fun and loving people! Gwynda runs this location and she is an absolute angel!! If you’re ever feeling down or need to find peace (but not just lying down doing nothing), Hotworx have been my go-to. I’ve gained a lot of strength and positivity from all my sessions! Please do come in and give this place a try - I hope you’ll love it as much as I do!

  I can’t put into words all the benefits I get from being a member at HOTWORX. I love the community I build around it, Gwenda and Monica are so friendly and always make me feel welcomed and supported on my wellness journey. The workouts made me stronger, more flexible and help me release tension I built throughout the day. I recommend to all my friends!!

  Love Hotworxs! So blessed to have found this place. So well run, clean, organized, and has a trillion benefits. Recently joined member and excited for my health journey. Only been here 2 weeks and now wonder what on earth would I do without this place. Very blessed and highly recommend to everybody - Athletes, those who are sick, overweight, underweight, this place is for everybody. Its so nice being able to get a hard, great workout in a short amount of time. In and out - and feel amazing after. 10/10. Genius Concept.
