Really disappointing experience. The instructors I had were not great, and canceling your membership with them is almost impossible. I’ve been trying to cancel for months, their AI bot has been useless, and I’ve continued getting charged for months I never intended to use. The whole cancellation process honestly feels like a scam. Try Jetset Pilates in Wellesley—or honestly, anything else for that matter.

I attended the 12:00 PM [solidcore] class on Sunday, September 6, after booking through ClassPass. When I arrived, I checked in directly with the instructor who took everyone’s names. There were only about seven people in the class, so it should have been easy to confirm my attendance. The studio reported me as a no-show. As a result, I not only used my ClassPass credits for the class, but was also charged an additional $31 no-show fee because the instructor failed to check me in properly.

I love my studio where I live that has a mix of pilates, sculpt, weights, yoga… but I tried SolidCore in Boston while on a work trip and I was blown away. I work out 4-5 times a week and this instructor wrecked and inspired me. Just wow. She was helpful, patient, upbeat, fun, and inspiring. I’m going to seek these out every time I’m in a new city,
