Best studio in DC. Super kind instructors that will secretly kick your butt!! Very happy to incorporate this into my weightlifting and I love the small feel. It’s like you’re working out with a group of friends.

my first reformer pilates class ever and it was the perfect pace. Dorian did an amazing job explaining everything and gave very clear directions. the studio is bright yet cozy and the other participants all brought great energy. Will definitely be returning soon for another class with her.
