I’ve been to a lot of yoga in my life and this studio absolutely knows what they are doing. The class ambiance and environment is welcoming and calming. The staff was exceptionally supportive and friendly. And the yoga flow was challenging, yet supportive and relaxing. Such a beautiful space!! I cannot wait to go back.
