AMAZING! Jajuan did NOT disappoint! WOW! I’m in DC dropping my son at GWU, so I decided to checkout a studio where [solidcore] originated! I’m also in their coaches—training where I live in NJ! Being a Senior-Master-Coach, hosting an Advanced-50 on HAMSTRING day—anyone who does [solidcore] regularly knows hamstring day is brutal, haha! Jajuan was incredible! Perfect balance of expectation and encouragement, and his challenges were awesomely difficult! His music was on par—I couldn’t have asked for a better playlist—perfect! If you’re a [solidcore] junkie and you’re in the DC area, check this location and Jajuan out! You will NOT be disappointed! 10 ⭐️!!!!!! Thank you Jajuan 🙏🏼🩷

Kseniya is amazing! She designed the pace well and it felt a good dream with good music, not a muscle torture! Love her class! (Trying SC classes across East Coast now lol)
