Toolbox Noma Pilates

  I arrived 10 minutes late because my car got HIT in the parking lot. I was calling incessantly for 15 minutes before class started, to notify Toolbox of the situation. I sent texts to also explain the problem. When I arrived, I stood in the lobby, where the instructor looked at me from inside the class. (There is no one who sits at the front desk, which seems like an issue in itself.) Still, NO ONE responded to my calls or texts. I left, as I didn’t want to disturb the class. I reached out again after the class. Nothing. They (of course) charged me a no show fee. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL customer service. I can’t imagine how else this bleeds through in their business, but it put me off from ever trying to go back. Horrible!

  I absolutely love Eric! His classes are one of the only ones in the city that truly appreciate the art of Pilates and I get reminded every class why I dislike all of the other studios. I started Pilates overseas and this class is the only one that tops that for me. I very sadly am moving soon, but once I am back I am 100% getting a membership!

  I took a Beginner Reformer class with Jordyn and it was excellent! The studio was easy to find, clean, and bright. Jordyn did a phenomenal job of providing instruction and making the class challenging. This was by far the best pilates class l've ever taken. I highly recommend this studio and will definitely be back.
