Eden Kollectiv is an incredible space that truly stands out. Everything about it feels intentional, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated. The atmosphere is warm and inspiring, creating a sense of community the moment you walk in. The classes, events, and offerings are high-quality and inclusive, led by knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate facilitators. What makes Eden Kollectiv special is the care and attention behind every detail, from the environment to the people. It’s more than just a studio or creative space; it’s a place where connection, creativity, and well-being are nurtured. I always leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and inspired. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, professional, and heart-centered space.

This review is for Amanda Oberheu, the acupuncturist at Eden & Jess Spain, the yoga teacher at Eden. I booked an acupuncture session with Amanda for an ankle injury I had. Prior to my appointment, I was bed ridden for a week an in a boot for several weeks following. I was feeling hopeless. After my session with Amanda, swelling immediately went down and I was able to walk without the boot. Right after getting off the table! It was what seemed like a miracle. I know my healing progress would not have been as quick without her. Thank you, Amanda. Jess Spain teaches Friday morning themed yoga classes. I regularly attend. She’s amazing: knowledgeable, gives counter poses, has chakra cards to choose from, great music, and is very centered and in touch. I personally always look forward to her readings from the book of Tao. She makes every class special and unique. I always start my Friday relaxed with her.

A friend told me about this place and their free first class, so I figured I’d give it a try. Yoga has never really been my thing, but I have to say—I genuinely enjoyed the class. The studio had a calm, ambient atmosphere that made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. I think the instructor’s name was Myranda, and she was incredibly patient and even adjusted the lesson to match my beginner level, which I really appreciated. As someone who has always trashed on yoga, I definitely ate my words today! If yoga isn’t usually your thing, I’d still recommend giving this place a try before writing it off completely.
