Puppy Yoga Portland - Eliot District is a yoga studio in the Eliot area of Portland that combines a yoga class with time playing with puppies. Reviewers describe a gentle stretch session rather than an intense class, with a good balance of yoga and puppy snuggles. The instructor is described as letting guests incorporate the puppies and reassuring those who cannot do every pose. Sessions feature different breeds, including Pomskies and St. Bernards. Reviewers say the puppies are well behaved, staff make sure everyone gets time with them and messes are cleaned up quickly. Some say first-of-the-day classes have more energetic puppies. Parking is free, and one family used a gift card for a teenager's birthday party.

The puppies were adorable and the yoga was refreshing. Since we went to the first class of the day the puppies were very energetic. Great experience.
The class was a wonderful balance of puppy snuggles and yoga. The puppies were sweet and so playful. I appreciated the staff member who kept an eye out for anyone who needed help (the puppies loved my eye glasses!). I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will be back!
What an amazing experience that is deeply soul healing. Most definitely needed a boost of puppy love!
