when I started coming to Pilates Hub nearly a year ago, I was on the verge of quitting my other physical activities due to chronic pain. from a few videos on the internet, I got the idea that pilates would give my body the stability it needed to continue doing the things I loved. after my first class at Pilates Hub, I could already feel a difference in how my body was moving and I was so happy to be proven right. over the course of the year I moved from taking one class a week to two, and I do my darndest to make it to those two classes every week just because of how good it makes me feel. pilates has given me real hope that I'll be able to continue doing all the things I love to do for many more years without worrying about how much pain I'll be in. additionally, I love that Pilates Hub is such a community-driven place. as a queer person who visibly doesn't fit the gender binary, I've never felt anything but warmly welcomed there. the chit chats before and after class are always pleasant, and going to class never feels like a slog!

My absolute favorite Pilates studio in Seattle - trying to go 3 times a week every week. This is the first workout class that I genuinely look forward to. There are no bad instructors here - everyone is wonderful

This studio holds a special place in my heart! It has taken me through 2 pregnancies and 2 postpartums and beyond. Every single teacher is passionate about what they do and make everyone feel comfortable, no matter your experience level. 11/10 recommend!
