  First time doing aerial yoga, and it's been a blast! If you're on the fence, I've found this to be a supportive, welcoming space to try. Pros: Supportive staff & atmosphere; safety taken seriously; welcoming atmosphere; range of class types (yoga, HIIT, barre, sound baths) to fit your mood and fitness goals; range of instructors so you can find the one(s) with whom you jive. fun!!! It challenges my body & brain in ways no other workout has, and it's amazing to learn what your body is capable of with guidance and the support of the silk hammock. Cons: Parking is rough - recommend against driving if possible; small workout space so sometimes you bump your neighbor (conversely, this tends to make for smaller class sizes, ~16 folks tops, which is nice); can be pricey , ~$20-$25/class (intro deals are GREAT though and well worth the money - I got a 2.5 intro workshop + 6 intro classes + a month of unlimited classes for ~$100!); the bathroom access is an adventure, so best to go before you arrive or set aside ~5 min. at least to get there and back again before class starts.

  I was got a $49 starter kit that included three weeks of unlimited classes and a beginner workshop. When I signed up, I mentioned I had a trip coming up, and the staff member assured me that my three-week period wouldn’t begin until I booked my first class. However, after returning and finally having time to book, I discovered that my starter kit had already begun on the day I purchased it. I reached out via text and email to get clarification, but I haven’t received any response for over a week. ----- There were some miscommunications, the account would be deactivated if I didn't use it for 60 days and now I can restart ! Thank you for the follow up :)

  I love this class, everyone is so encouraging & positive! My flexibility has increased so much after flight room aerial yoga & they always have snacks, nice music, great teachers!
