I walked in to Dana's studio feeling about 100 years old, with lots of back pain, and walked out an hour later feeling much younger and with very little pain. She's really great about catering your session to your specific needs and problem areas.

Life-changing results for chronic back pain! I cannot recommend Denver Pilates Movement enough! Managing Spondylolisthesis and the resulting lower back stiffness, sciatica, and tight hamstrings used to make everyday movement a constant challenge. Working with the owner, Dana, and my instructor, Athena, in private, one-on-one sessions has been absolutely amazing. Their studio is immaculately clean, fully equipped with high-quality gear, and intentionally designed with ample space so you always get a deeply personal, individualized experience. Their deep knowledge of the body and tailored approach completely changed my alignment and core strength. In just 6 to 8 sessions, I already feel a massive improvement and notice a real difference in my walking, running, hiking, biking, and overall strength. For anyone else out there who deals with spine issues, back pain, or nerve discomfort, you need to come here—Dana and Athena are the absolute best!

I love the atmosphere of this studio. Unlike other larger, more commercial-feeling places, Denver Pilates Movement has smaller group classes with experienced instructors who really focus on helping your form as well as your progress. I've taken classes with Jane, Ben and Athena and every class has been both fun and challenging. It's been a great way to stay in shape. Highly recommend.
