The Pilates Kitchen

  The Pilates Kitchen is exactly the kind of studio I look for when I am traveling. Small class sizes, options for private sessions, variety of equipment (mat, reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel, Cadillac), and comprehensively trained teachers! I myself am a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher and if there is anyone in the Denver area looking for a great studio to go to, this is your place! Plus the equipment was in such fun colors! I took class on a Sunday morning with Jen. It was super easy to find and in such a cute little area with other shops and restaurants. The class I took was a Recover & Restore class and it was perfect way to end my weekend! She used a combination of the reformer and the tower. It was exactly what my body needed! I wish I could have taken more classes while I was in town and whenever I come back I’ll be headed right back to the Pilates Kitchen for more!

  This is such an amazing studio! I’ve been taking tower classes and absolutely love that they’re capped at four people. The small class size makes everything feel extremely personalized, and I really appreciate that it’s a true classical Pilates studio. Katie is wonderful, and every teacher I’ve taken class with has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always leave feeling like I got individual attention even in a group class. Highly recommend!

  I have been going to Pilates Kitchen for a couple months now and I've been beyond impressed. Every instructor I have worked with has been extremely knowledgeable and lead classes that are nice and challenging! The small class sizes also allow for a lot of individualized attention. Highly recommend!
