BODYROK Denver in Berkeley: full-body reformer classes with lunges and arm work, and instructors who help newer students.

The teachers are all amazing! They offer great cueing to keep you safe and help your technique. Which I find hard to find these days at big studios. The studio is gorgeous as well! The small class sizes are my favorite. Pilates has helped so much with my back pain these last few months. Worth it!
Riccardo might be one of the best Pilates teachers I’ve had! I have done some Pilates classes before but never really got into it until I tried a class with Riccardo! He explains every movement very well and works with any limitation you have. He is very attentive to each person in the class, even in a full class. I HIGHLY recommend trying a class at Kor Haus if you want a challenge and get a great workout in!
I've absolutely loved coming to Kor Haus since early 2026. I started with Fundamentals after taking a break from reformer for a while but quickly graduated through to Jump and Sculpt. The classes are challenging but the energy is always fun and things never feel reperitiy. I love that the group sizes are small and all the instructors are so friendly, it genuinely feels like a community.
