We absolutely loved our experience at Honest Haven. We had a tight schedule but she was kind enough to fit us in for a couples sound immersion and cold plunge session. Cassandra is an excellent holistic healing guide and her calm spiritual confidence put us both at ease. We can't express how relaxing the session was for the both of us and looking forward to our next session. Thank you for everything!

Have been working with Cassandra for about a year. Her studio space is so calming and homie. My girlfriend and I are new to yoga and she did ana amazing job helping us get started and making continued progress in our practice. 10/10 would recommend.
