About

Fierce45 West Wash Park is a Pilates studio in South Denver, in a newer space with small cubbies for belongings. Equipment is wiped down after every class. The Classic is fast-paced, with position changes every minute or two, and it stays challenging in every session. Meg is praised for full-body cues and room for a personal practice. Beginners say staff took time to explain the equipment and correct their form, and that the beginner packs make it easy to start. One reviewer felt corrections were not offered equally to all members, though the same reviewer came back for more classes.

I purchased the two week unlimited package and am so glad I did - highly recommend! The studio in West Wash Park is new and all equipment is clean (and wiped down after every class). The studio has small cubbies to put your personal items in at arrival. Everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. Being new to Pilates, I am glad they took a few minutes to provide an overview of the equipment and also appreciate when instructors correct my form during class. I have tried different instructors for every class (The Classic) and have felt challenged in each one. The instructors all have different styles, music, exercises, etc. making it easy to stay engaged and coming back for more. The classes and membership fees are quite pricey, but if you're considering Pilates, I highly recommend Fierce45! They also offer sales throughout the year.

The workout is good and I’ve come back more than once, even bought beginner packs. As a bigger girl, this is a studio that does not treat me equally. My form deserves the same corrections and modifications no matter what the size I am because I am capable of the same things - just may need a little support. I do love your classes, just something to keep in mind!

My bf & I did our first class here last night & everyone was so kind, welcoming, and HELPFUL! Reformer classes are intimidating, but Brooke was really encouraging and a great teacher! We are both so sore & so happy we took her class.
