I did the monthly sound bath and it was juat a great experience. They are very talented at helping you feel relaxed. We will definitely be back

I was attending classes at a couple of Rec Centers (parking was difficult and the class size was undesirable). Fortunately, I discovered Refresh Studios. I have been taking classes in this neighborhood gem for over 4 years. Not only is the studio beautiful, there is a variety of classes taught by amazing instructors and the individuals who attend are so very warm and welcoming. The first class is free….if you live in the neighborhood, I encourage you to explore the Studio’s offerings and experience the lovely environment.
