YogaSix Northfield

YogaSix Northfield is a yoga studio in Central Park, Denver, with morning, afternoon, evening and weekend classes. Hot yoga, vinyasa, sculpt and restorative classes are offered, and reviewers describe the vinyasa as challenging and the restorative classes as restful. Molly is praised for a challenging Power Yin class with clear guidance on form, and Cynthia for strong, fun teaching that inspires students. The studio is described as spotless and well stocked with props, with friendly staff. Small touches stand out: cool towels at the end of class, instructors who fan students during savasana, and easy parking. New students can take a free week of classes. Heated classes are not for everyone, and two reviewers say the heat was hard going.
