  Such a fun way to get moving! We did a heated sculpt class and while it was challenging, it was so much fun! The instructor played the best music that got me through the class and she was so fun it made me want to be her friend 🤣

  Absolutely love the classes and environment here and have truly noticed a difference in my physical and mental health since coming here regularly. All of the instructors I have taken classes with are incredible and unique in their own way.
