  Truly one of my favorite yoga classes EVER: on the lawn, next to the beautiful memorial garden, view of the lake, casual/fun vibe, warm/friendly instructor & attendees, and a great playlist (thanks Sophia!) to stretch & shake off that end of day stress!!! And each class ends perfectly to enjoy the amazing sunset! Yoga outside on actual grass (as opposed to a patio) has been my go to this Spring/Summer. This has been the highlight of my work week & I prioritize making it to the Tuesday/Thursday classes even if I have to go back to work afterwards. Thank you Sophia & Yoga Social!

  Very elitists. Thought it would be different. Typical yoga... not comfortable as person of color. Went and thought this lady is amazing in 5 seconds of conversation NOPE
