  Stuffy studio. Air con isn't that strong. Studio floor isn't cleaned well. Studio reeks of strong sweat stench. Coffee machine is broken. Maybe try other branches better. Not really a good experience for pilates here.

  Credit refund is only allowed if you cancel the booking 8 hours before the class starts. So make sure you cancel yourself from waiting list otherwise u might get a class unknowingly, as there is only an email notification. Imagine someone cancels a class just minutes before 8 hr, you are left with that few min to be notified (provided you check your mail) and cancel the class if you can’t make it, to be given a credit refund. This is a policy flaw that One Pilates should look into.
