  Absolutely unacceptable experience. It was raining heavily and traffic around Bukit Timah was completely jammed, yet we still made the effort to leave the house earlier and travel all the way to your outlet for our reservation. We arrived 6-7 minutes late due to the unusual heavy traffic — literally just 1-2 minutes beyond your 5-minute late policy. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of understanding or empathy, your receptionist simply refused to let us in. We explained the situation and the circumstances, but there was absolutely no flexibility or basic customer service whatsoever. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the class was still doing warm-ups when we arrived. We were not walking in halfway through the actual class or disrupting an ongoing activity. We were turned away over 1 minute, while the class was still in its warm-up. I understand having a late-arrival policy, but enforcing it so rigidly that you turn away paying customers over two minutes, despite severe weather and traffic conditions, while the class is still warming up, is frankly absurd. EDIT: Customer recover was ok, was rebooked into the other class
