  Not aware we were in a library or something. Is there an explicit policy where 1 trainer is not allowed to train more than one person at the same time? If your receptionists think this would be too "noisy" then shouldn't they tell us in the first place?

  I’ve been taking 1:1 class with Aerum since my prenatal days for 1.5 years and while she’s great instructor it’s been so frustrating to book the time slot. Her schedule is released every month and I expect I would at least be given priority to continue booking that timeslot that I’ve been attending class, yet every time when I check with the booking team they said her schedule is full and I would only get a slot if the ‘regulars’ cancel. It’s so annoying that despite being with her for 1.5 years and having a package I’m still not considered a ‘regular’ and can only ‘slot in’ when somebody cancels. Super unpleasant experience and I won’t continue with them anymore despite aerum being a great instructor
