Annie is incredibly supportive, encouraging, and professional, always guiding me patiently and helping me build confidence along the way. I also really appreciate how she takes such nice photos and videos, which makes the whole journey even more meaningful.   How to contact the instructor for lesson?

  I have been trying Pilates Reformer 1 on 1 classes at different studios for quite some times but I couldn’t get an instructor that could make me feel “the one”. Annie is the 5th instructor and the best reformer instructor I ever encountered. She will explain in details, closely monitor my postures/ movements and make correction right away. Also, she will feed me additional information about reformer training and how to improve my technique ( even some tips for me to practice at home without the equipment required). I would love to give more than 5 stars 🌟. Highly recommended.
