Reality Yoga & Pilates @Income Tampines Junction

Reality Yoga & Pilates at Income Tampines Junction is in Tampines, a yoga studio that also offers reformer and prenatal Pilates. Reviewers describe small classes in a large studio room, with instructors who tailor workouts to different fitness levels. Yang is praised for patience and for explaining the reasoning behind each move, including for a member recovering after childbirth. Aniket, a yoga teacher, is praised for careful alignment corrections and a calm, supportive approach. Coffee, tea and towels are provided, and there is a room for personal training. Service is the main complaint: several reviewers describe booking errors, no receptionist on site, slow replies and refund requests that were refused or left open. One reviewer says a class with one instructor felt humiliating, and others find some trial instructors' cues unclear.

I joined Reality Yoga Pilates on 12 September. Unfortunately, during a class on 16 September, I had an uncomfortable experience with an instructor and felt humiliated by the way I was treated during the class. I reported the incident to the front desk immediately and requested cancellation and a full refund, as the experience left me uncomfortable continuing with the studio. I was encouraged to try other instructors, but I do not wish to continue. Although I have received an email response, I am still waiting for management to provide a clear resolution regarding my refund request. I have also raised the matter with CASE. I hope management will take my concerns seriously, review the situation fairly, and resolve my refund request promptly. I will update this review accordingly once the matter has been resolved.
