Kids Yoga TTC with Parul has been a very integrative course. Parul comes with great experience and instead of hand holding you, she encourages you to work and explore your own style and framework. The course provides a strong foundation by discussing age wise development milestones so that you can teach yoga to kids of any age. I have had the opportunity to teach kids yoga in some schools after completing the course and it has been well appreciated. Really grateful to Parul for creating this platform.

I am truly grateful for the knowledge and experience I gained through this yoga certification program. It provided me with practical techniques and valuable insights for guiding and teaching different age groups. I especially appreciate the dedication and passion Teacher Parul has put into developing this program. She has thoughtfully incorporated her years of experience and expertise into every aspect of the training. What stands out to me is that her support goes beyond the program itself. She continues to provide guidance and thoughtful, constructive feedback on my questions and submissions. Her genuine commitment to her students’ learning and growth is truly commendable. I highly appreciate the experience and would recommend this program to anyone looking to deepen their knowledge, skills, and confidence working with children.
