Arya Yoga

  Arya Yoga is amazing and has been the highlight of my 5 week stay in Singapore (other than seeing my husband)! I’ve dabbled in yoga but it never “stuck”, but now I relish going to class and even go to multiple a day. Arya’s instruction is beyond anything that I’ve experienced previously – he is extremely observant, supportive and patient as he offers modifications for me. At the same time, he offers modifications to more advanced students, challenging them to take their practice even farther. The array of classes is extremely broad – many yoga styles as well as specific components of the body, breathwork, alignment, core and sound. Fellow students come from great distances to practice with Arya, Sonal and Henry, and it seems like most sign up for unlimited memberships (as did I). I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll miss the studio, Arya, Henry and Sonal, and my supportive classmates. If I return to Singapore, I will absolutely return to Arya Yoga.

  I've joined this yoga centre since last December and highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality yoga classes. It is conveniently located, about 3min walk from Raffles Place MRT. Teacher Arya and Teacher Sonal's classes are always challenging yet fun. They are motivating, give clear instructions and focus in our alignments. The studio is clean and, well-sanitized, which makes every session comfortable and reassuring.

  Met Master Arya Instructor, he's very attentive and always ensure all the participants is able to follow and make sure we are able to cope especially new beginner, It's a very pleasant experience.
