Attended the prenatal yoga class with Yvaine at her home studio. It's a warm and cosy place. It's a small group class so Yvaine was better able to help the students individually. I had no prior yoga experience before and was able to follow most of the exercises with her help. Many thanks, Yvaine.

Attended a trial class with my mum and really enjoyed the experience! The environment was clean, peaceful, and breezy. Even with zero yoga experience, I didn’t find the poses too difficult to follow, and I could still feel a good stretch in the areas that were tight. A really comfortable and beginner-friendly experience overall!
