  Teacher Anne is a holistic all rounder trainer who specialises in mind & body well being, sound bath therapeutic healing, yoga & meditation, stick yoga, kids yoga, pre-natal yoga etc. I personally enjoy Teacher Anne's sound bath meditation session which is awesome! It encompasses harmonic vibration and holistic therapy. Teacher Anne teaches from her heart - the smile on the faces of her senior participants speaks volume of their gratitude towards her genuine commitment in conducting stick yoga sessions cum functional training exercises for them at Bukit Batok on a charitable basis. Teacher Anne leads by example, she guided and developed the inner teacher within me for which I am deeply appreciative.
