  My experience has been nothing but amazing. Yoga classes are just what you need & the formats & instructors are experienced. Pilates sessions are excellent, can tailor class to your ability, instructors are professional & inclusive. The space beautiful & is always clean & fresh. Recently tried Barre class with Nat which is s must for those who need switch up to try something new!

  I started my reformer Pilates journey here in November of last year and every single instructor has been nothing but welcoming right from the beginning. Every instructor brings their own personality and knowledge to the classes and I have always received amazing individual feedback. The last two months I have had the full membership which is amazing value and I have attended classes almost every day and the improvement I have seen in myself has been amazing. Lauren and her team have created the most beautiful, safe and welcoming space and community at Alive and I can’t recommend it enough ❤️
