About
STRONG Pilates Pymble is a Pilates studio in Pymble that mixes Pilates with strength and cardio work. Classes last 45 minutes and use rowers, bike ergs, weights and reformers, so reviewers describe them as a full-body workout rather than traditional Pilates. Trainers modify exercises for injuries but still push members, and reviewers say they feel stronger after a few visits. The studio opened in 2025, and several members have been coming since then. Reviewers describe a community feel and a 10-day trial for new members. They also say the team is accommodating about pausing memberships for holidays or injuries.

I turned 45 beginning of the year and decided I need to do exercise to keep my mind sharp. Tried a few gyms and Pilates classes but Strong was it for me. I feel like I’m working with a team of personal trainers, they are all very understanding of my injuries but still push me to get stronger. My days are not the same the days that I don’t exercise at Strong. And if you think this is only Pilates, oh you are wrong - this is a full body exercise.

A fabulous Pilates class focusing on strength and cardio (with rowers/bike ergs). Dedicated trainers who assist and modify exercises as appropriate. Felt stronger after just a couple of visits!
