  I just love my Wednesdays at Zentrum Pilates Castle Hill. Angela is amazing, and has done wonders for my body, my posture, my strength and my total wellbeing. Angela is also very caring and switched on with her clients. I totally recommend Angela and the team.

  I've been attending classes with Angela for nearly two years. During this time I've been supported prior to and post shoulder reconstruction. Our focus has been on returning to a fully functioning shoulder. This week I passed a personal goal of putting my hands behind my neck to perform a chest lift.
